INO Capital provides a combination of seed funding and help for early-stage startups. We work with our founders on their business ideas from initial stage of starting a company to the ambitious stage of dominating the business market within the region.
We have designed a full-featured program to help with every aspect of the business process. Our team consists of corporate experts with experience in dealing with investors. We can make introductions and spend time coaching our founders to pitch their ideas, negotiate term sheets and to close the deals on the table.
By the way, we all know how important “admin paperwork” is and how dull it is to deal with them. Hence, we provide practical advices to our founders telling them how to avoid legal time bombs, how to manage their accounts and cash flows, how to file for taxes, how to protect their intellectual property, or even on hiring matters. These kind of advices we give literally can’t be bought, because anyone qualified to give is already rich, especially when it comes to the insider information from the region. You can only hear it from investors backing your back.

We believe that startup founders are most productive when they can spend most of their time building product and talking to users. We aim to create a good environment where founders can retrieve the relevant and required resources when they were getting started.
Each startup is unique to its own and therefore has different needs. Some needs a lot of funding in the beginning and might conduct few rounds of fundraising. Sometimes, however, startups may not need money. They might have enough or the kind of company they started doesn’t need much. In such situation, startups might ask for other resources such as mentorship, professional advices or even local networking.
We offer lots of advices to the startups we took part in but we will never force our founders to take it because we believe that founders are the key driver of a business, they should be independence and that’s why they want to startup their own in the first place. We have faith in the startups we funded and therefore we try to minimize our interference in them.
We want to be the preferred incubator in the region and to reach there we need to do it right. Great entrepreneurs and founders often know each other, if the groups we once worked with feel they are getting a good deal from us, they might tend to share this with their friends. Similarly, investors often know one another, and no one will invest in the groups in the future if they are broken in any way.
We are always learning and growing. And we do this with our founders and startups.
